Tinu Cornish

Tinu is a Work & Organisational Psychologist with nearly thirty years experience in the fields of, leadership, team development and diversity, particularly within the public and not for profit sectors.

She delivers innovative evidence based solutions to a wide range of organisational needs using a variety of different research, consultancy and facilitation methods. A particular focus is the design and delivery of training and development programmes that result in sustainable and measurable improvement in performance. She has a particular expertise in developing women and BAME leaders.

Tinu is Chair of the British Psychological Society's Working Group on Black Asian and Minority Ethnic Careers.
